Zero-touch network and service automation is an essential requirement for network operators to successfully transform into Digital Service Providers. Automation enables new levels of agility, responsiveness, and efficiency in launching new services for diverse verticals and other market segments at scale. Closed-loop automation must be designed into new network and service management architectures to fully leverage machine learning and other automation tools. In this presentation, we explain the key elements of an architecture framework underpinning the Digital Service Provider transformation.
