Daniel Balsiger is working as Senior Engineer at the Innovation department of Swisscom since ten years. He has an extensive background in IP networks, cloud and Open-Source technologies. Lately he worked on innovation projects in the NFV area, e.g. a virtual BNG or Network as a Service (BNS). He is a member of the Linux Foundation and the OpenStack Foundation and active in the OPNFV community.

Daniel holds a MSc degree in Computer Science from Bern University, Switzerland
