Senior Architect
Xinhui Li is currently serving as ONAP TSC member representing VMware. She has more than 10 years’ experience at Cloud Computing and is familiar at mainstream open source and commercial Cloud system evolvement. She is the PTL of Multi-Cloud project in ONAP community and tightly cooperating with different projects/groups to identify the scope/interfaces.

As Senior Architect and Development Lead in VMware, she led the team effectively delivering enterprise software products on time with high quality following Agile development methodologies along the years and received spot awards multiple times. Besides the product delivery, she is a core developer of OpenStack community and a primary driver to Senlin, an official project for clustering management/elasticity/self-remediation, in the past OpenStack releases. She also made a recognizable contribution to the development of Multi-vim project despite the late participation and the end2end integration for OPENO mercury release.

Before VMware, she had worked at distributed computing in IBM Research for 5 years after getting her master’s degree from the Institute of Computing, China Academy of Science where she participated in multiple government projects about Cloud architecture and landing at primary provinces in China. She has applied for 13 patents, published 3 industry white papers, and 6 academy papers in international PIC top/target level journals/conferences.

She has rich speaking experiences – Delivered technique presentations on OpenStack Summit (authored and presented 3 papers on 2016.5 Austin, 2 papers on 2016.11 Barcelona, and 3 papers on 2017.5 Boston), OPNFV Summit (presented sessions about Multi-Cloud on 2015.11, SFO and 2017.7, Beijing), ONAP Summit (presented sessions about Multi Cloud 2017.10 Paris and 2017.12 Santa Clara), Hadoop summit (2015 and 2014, Beijing), and Company Events (vFroum and customer workshop).
